If you used large pita bread you can divide them into four pieces

Arayes originally came from either Syria or Lebanon but then spread to Jordan, Palestine and other countries in the recent years.

I always think of making Arayes when I have narrow time to cook and suffering from a busy day, or during a long road trips where I fill a basket with Arayes and cover them with a warm towel or cloth, I also love preparing this dish when I have friends on dinner or lunch
