Possibly the worst customer service I ever encountered After a number of calls and emails took almost a week , I managed to sort out a refund
Opera Tel Aviv by Herbert Samuel Hotel• When I booked, the hotel offered a free covid test as part of their service Opera Tel Aviv by Herbert Samuel Hotel Tel Aviv• The hotel let us check in 2 hours early as our room was ready anyways and upgraded us from a standard room with a window to the lobby to a room with a regular window which was a nice surprise

Having said that they prefer to offer guests a free bar service in a hospitality room

Free Grass smoking neer the swimming pool, broken alcohol bottels neer by, no body is collecting the damages, really unsafe area, at night an fire alarm hazard appeared, no one told usvthat its a folet alarm, we rushed out, we are senior citizen, my wife with foot problem s had to the 4 floors by stairs, and then at the reception, we have been told that its a technical problem, big shaim! Staff just ignored you as you waited to see if anyone would serve you

There was a mess in the hotel, there were no clean rooms and a lot of people were waiting for the room over 4 hours
I got to their sister-hotel to get tested on the day as instructed by the reservation team, only to be told they are not offering the service on the day and that I can't check in

The breakfast buffet was very nice usually open only Friday-Saturday, but they open it if there are enough people midweek as well.

The 2nd lift was very difficult to find with no signage Very impressive foyer, reception bar area but the bar wasnt open at any stage and was quite untidy behind the bar

The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was particularly beautiful
