Staff always try to provide all arrangements in time
no toothbrush one shampoo one shower gel and one conditioner for two persons!? bed sheets were not clean
I was in Pullman Zamzam the last week and touched a sincere efforts from the staff to afford the excellent hostile service as usual Very close to Haram just in front of main gate
