I was told at check-in that my only option was to make an expensive last minute change to the ticket | That furst flight was delayed 10 hours - not given any voucher for food or sleep, no etihad representative available to provide iformation about missed connections everyone had missed their onward connection at this point |

And then, we took a bus around the airport ground to the airplane which was too far from terminals | Unfortunately, many passengers did not abide to the rules and every one was storing their lugguage wherever they wanted! Linear Air is reinventing air charter service |
Always their standard excuse to be late is due to delay from previous flight; as if each flight run by different company.
